Occupied Dwelling Unit $23.00 monthly
Vacant Dwelling Unit $ 4.00 monthly
Non-Residential Establishments: including Schools, Commercial and Industrial Establishments, Municipal and Public Buildings, Hospitals, Churches and Institutions:
Except as hereinafter provided, sewer charges for non-residential establishments shall be based upon actual water consumption. Sewer charges based upon water consumption shall be billed at the following rate per thousand gallons of water consumed during the month for which the billing is rendered:
$3.60 per thousand gallons monthly
provided, however, that the minimum sewer billing rendered to a non-residential establishment shall be the highest of the following:
$23.00 monthly(based upon 6,000 gallons minimum consumption)
$3.60 per thousand gallons of water consumed per month above minimum
